Girls, Girls, Girls....

One of the biggest benefits to moving back to Utah has been hangin out with my sister. We have so much fun together. Watching SYTYCD, girls nights, out with our little ladies, and even sleepovers when the guys are out of town...so....much...fun! Here are some of our latest outings.

Easter

Lack of blogging is usually a sign that I've slacked off in all areas of my life. So, once again, I didn't get any family pictures on Easter Sunday. I did however take a few in the car on the way to my moms for dinner. So here's the 'collective' easter photo....

Chase Matthew Lancaster

Chase is funny. That's all. He just cracks me up! He had a talent show where he played "hot crossed buns" on the piano. I know...over acheiver. He does this funny eyebrow wave thing, and we tried to get him to do that at the same time, but when the lights were on, he got totally nervous. He introduced himself as CHASE MATTHEW LANCASTER, and played the song one time then sat down quickly. Funny to see him so nervous when he's usually such a clown!

A couple weeks later he was in a class play where he again introduced himself as CHASE MATTHEW LANCASTER. He did a great job!

Logan

Don't wanna forget my boys, so here's the low-down on Logan...

Add ImageThis is the only picture I got of Logan during the whole soccer season, and he's just walking! I'm a loser. Logan LOVES soccer. Despite Frank's attempts to force the boys into loving baseball like he did, they have gravitated to soccer, and Logan thrives there. He's been on the same team for a few years now, and it's the highlight of his year! Next season maybe I'll even catch a shot of him actually playing. I'm bad and usually spend most of the game socializing, and find out what actually went down over dinner or something :)

Logan also had a school program about Utah's history. The highlight of the program for ME was the square dancing where he actually had to interact with a girl!...ewwww! It was so funny, and absolutely horrified him!
Logan has also been taking piano lessons for the last two years, and had his final recital. His teacher was our next door neighbor Nora Maxwell, and we all LOVED her. She did a fantastic job!

Carly, Carly, Carly

It's been a while....so I looked back at my pictures to see what I've missed, and turns out it's a whole lotta CARLY! So here's the scoop...

Frank got roped into coaching Carly's co-ed soccer team. Carly is loud, aggressive, happy, and hyper when she plays soccer. She loves it! She was killin it! It's fun to watch her. I know her hair looks a little overdone for soccer, but she had dance the same day as soccer so we had to change her at ballet to make it to soccer on time :)

We thought this was a pretty cool picture of carly "airborne"! Her demeanor in ballet is exactly opposite than it is for soccer. Even after her THIRD year in ballet, she is quiet, shy, polite, obedient, and keeps to herself. Really weird to see the difference. She likes ballet too...just different. I don't think it excites her too much, but she likes being "pretty". I think it will give her a good base for whatever she ends up doing later.

Ballet recitals are always amazing AND amazingly long! She had support from her dad and brothers and grandma and grandpa!

Last we had the jazz recital. This was her first year of jazz, and she loves nothing more than to "shake that thang"! I'm a bit worried :)

Grandma Jenson came to support me and Carly at her Kindergarten program. (my last kindergarten program ever...waaaaaaa!)

A Farewell to Friends...
