While We're Talking Traditions...

cHoCoLaTeS!!

 

Our two-day chocolate extravaganza went off without a hitch!  Me, Stacy, and my mom (with my dad as our personal assistant).  Me and Stacy each make two batches of fondant ahead of time, while my mom makes the caramels.  We meet Thursday a.m. the week after Thanksgiving.  We roll the fondant, and start dipping the first day.  In the evening, we go out to dinner, and watch a movie at home and pretend we're little kids again, and make our parents take care of us!  The next morning, we finish dipping, counting, and boxing!  The rest is history!  Really, they disappear fast :)
