Birthdays at our house get started the night before....when they fall asleep, we (or should I say "I") decorate their bed, and doorway with streamers so the don't forget it's their birthday when they wake up (it could happen)!
After that, we all jam to the beatles, "they say its your birthday". We put it on repeat so it stays in your head the WHOLE DAY! Next was present time....
Birthday boy gets to go out to breakfast alone with me and Frank at restaurant of his choice. This year, it was Village Inn cuz he wanted hot chocolate!...
He also got to pick whatever dinner he wanted. He chose Salmon and Pasta Roni.....YUM!
Animal grandma (Lancaster) stopped by with a little something too.
