Hello Ladies!

We decided to follow the sun, so we headed south to St. George.  Just the ladies (me, my sister Stacy, and my two neighbors from Bountiful, Julie, and Robynn).  It was such a relaxing trip...ahhhh.....:)

FIVE HOURS IN THE CAR AND NOT A MOMENT OF SILENCE...SO FUN TO BE WITH GIRLS!

We dropped off our stuff, and headed to brinner at TWENTY FIVE ON MAIN...

THEN MET UP WITH THIS REALLY TAN GUY AND HIS HORSE OF COURSE!...

AND NO ST. GEORGE TRIP WOULD BE COMPLETE WITHOUT A VISIT TO URBAN RENEWAL....

After that, we watched "500 Days of Summer" back at Julie's condo and pigged out on treats including the home made carrot cake Gary (Robynn's husband) made us - per my request, thank you!  It's seriously the most delicious thing on the planet.  I was really joking when I suggested it, but I'll take it!
The next morning, we talked...and talked...and talked til nearly noon, so we decided to forego the shower, and head to TWENTY FIVE MAIN again for some brunch!

Then Julie took us to hike up Snow Canyon

even though she'd much rather be doing this...

WE DID THIS...

AND PLENTY OF THIS...

We visited a few local shops then decided we needed a little project so we went to Home Goods to find a few things for Julie's condo.  We found more than a few... :) (always do)

Here's the shopping list:
Floor Lamp
Table Lamp
Area Rug
7 Throw Pillows
Painting
Urn
Side Table
Geenery Ball
3 Trays
Candle in Jar Holder
2 Red Dining Chairs
Hall Table
Clock
Wire Baskets

Still a few things to add (huge iron clock above sofa, floor to ceiling drapes by fireplace, logs in basket by fireplace, burlap table runner. and books to take the place of dvd's, but here are a few before & afters...

We FINALLY got showered

and had dinner at CAPPELETTI'S

The next morning we had a candle light breakfast with home made waffles and buttermilk syrup that Gary made us!

Then it was time to write in Julie's memory book since we were heading home :'(

FUN TRIP...THANK YOU LADIES!
